Helping You Achieve a Healthier Brain, Mind, and Body

Join Dr. Ginette in this short video as she shares her personal approach to helping you achieve a healthier brain, mind, and body—one step at a time!

What is Neurotherapy?

Neurotherapy is a non-invasive brain training that balances brainwaves, enhancing clarity, calmness, and focus—like a workout for your brain!

Is it safe and who can it help?

Neurotherapy is a safe, non-invasive technique that balances brainwaves. Backed by research, it supports issues like anxiety, ADHD, and depression. Using QEEG, we customize each session to your needs.

You are concerned about cost and time,

we get it.

Neurotherapy requires commitment—it’s not a quick fix but an investment in lasting brain health. Unlike symptom management, it targets root causes for real improvements. We offer financial options to make it more accessible.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the first steps to starting care and Neurotherapy?

A: Your journey begins with an initial complimentary consultation to discuss your goals and answer any questions you may have. If Neurotherapy is a good fit for you, we’ll proceed with a Quantitative EEG (QEEG)—a brain map that identifies any brainwave patterns that may be outside the optimal range.Using this data, Dr. Ginette will develop a personalized treatment plan, which she will review with you during a follow-up visit. From there, your Neurotherapy sessions will begin, specifically designed to retrain and rebalance brainwave activity. This process promotes healing, restores functionality, and leads to lasting improvements in brain health. After your initial set of 10-15 sessions, we’ll conduct a follow-up QEEG to assess your brain’s progress and determine if any adjustments to your treatment plan are needed.

Q: What is a QEEG, and how does it assess brain activity?

A: A quantitative electroencephalogram (QEEG) is a brain map, not a treatment. This painless, non-invasive test measures brainwave activity to identify patterns that may be affecting your well-being. It serves as a blueprint for your personalized Neurotherapy plan, helping us create a data-driven treatment approach tailored to you.During the assessment, you'll sit comfortably while we place a cap—similar to a swim cap—with sensors on your head. These sensors measure your brainwaves for about 15 to 20 minutes, displaying them as squiggly lines on a computer screen.Your brain works like a battery, producing electrical signals called brainwaves. These waves have different frequencies, including Delta (1-4Hz), Theta (5-8Hz), Alpha (9-12Hz), SMR (13-15Hz), Beta (16-40Hz), and Gamma (40+ Hz). The QEEG measures the power and location of these waves, helping us understand how your brain is functioning and guiding your treatment.

Q: How many Neurotherapy sessions are required?

A: As with any treatment, Neurotherapy results vary from person to person. However, most individuals require 20-30 sessions, depending on their specific condition and goals. To ensure progress and optimal outcomes, we conduct regular QEEG brain maps to track changes and modify the treatment plan as needed.

Q: Does Neurotherapy rewire your brain?
A: Yes! Your brain is adaptable and constantly changing—it is not hard-wired or fixed. This ability to form and strengthen new neural pathways is called Neuroplasticity. Neurotherapy supports this process by encouraging the brain to create healthier pathways, restore balance, and improve overall function.
